About Project

Prerna Vidya-Mandir was established on 12th June 1969 at Kharach village, Near ITI, Via Birla Road, Hansot Taluka, Bharuch (394120).

The school was founded by Shri Manubhai Premshankar Bhatt, Smt. Geetaben Manubhai Bhatt and Shri Dilkhushbhai Diwanji (Karadi village)—all noble freedom fighters who continued their service to society even after independence.

This agriculture-based school was created with the vision of providing free education to rural and tribal communities, empowering students who otherwise lacked access to learning opportunities. To this day, Prerna Vidya-Mandir continues to provide free education to tribal and socially challenged students.
