Satyadham Sarvodaya Sangh is a non-profit organization dedicated to social, educational, and community welfare activities. We deeply value the trust and support of our donors. Since donations are voluntary contributions to charitable causes, the following policy applies:
1. No Refund Policy
- All donations made to Satyadham Sarvodaya Sangh are final and non-refundable.
- Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred for any reason whatsoever.
2. Erroneous or Duplicate Donations
- In case of any accidental duplicate donation or erroneous transaction, donors are requested to notify us within 7 working days of the transaction.
- After verification, the organization may, at its discretion, consider a refund or adjust the donation against future contributions.
3. Unauthorized Transactions
- If you suspect an unauthorized use of your debit/credit card or bank account for a donation, please contact us immediately.
- We will investigate the matter in coordination with our payment gateway provider.
4. Tax Exemption Certificates
- Donations once processed are immediately recorded, and receipts/tax exemption certificates (if applicable) will be issued accordingly.
- In case of refund (for rare, valid reasons), the donor will no longer be eligible for any tax exemption certificate for that transaction.
5. Changes to Policy
Satyadham Sarvodaya Sangh reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be available on our website.
